On Friday, March 16, the CHS Girls Choir and Freshmen Choir performed in a concert. This was their first musical event since the Christmas Spectacular.
“It was very casual,†Adrianna Scherer (11) said. “It was okay.â€
The girls sang song such as “Mansions of the Lord,†a gospel song, and “Hushabye Mountain†from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
“We sang ‘Dream a Dream’ and sounded really good on that one,†Scherer said.
They also sang “McCavity,†from the popular musical Cats. Scherer said the parents particularly enjoyed it, while the kids did not.
