Cooking up a storm

Randall VanNevel, CHS Senior, tests out his very own creation – French fries. VanNevel was performing a lab for his advanced food life science class.
“W’ere taking different oils and putting them in pans and heating them up to 375 degrees,” VanNevel (12) said.
The students took the fries produced from each oil and gained knowledge on that specific cooking ingredient.
“We got to see what ones are crispier or mushier,” VanNevel (12) said.
